Navigating Circular Biotechnology

Laura Navone PhD GAICD

Laura is a Biotechnology Expert and the founder of navbio. She is dedicated to advancing the circular economy, applying biotechnological solutions to replace linear practices with regenerative models.

 

Her passion lies in translating scientific breakthroughs into tangible industrial outcomes that benefit industry, society and the planet. Her expertise includes leading multidisciplinary R&D teams in both the startup ecosystem and academia.

 

With a PhD in Molecular Biology and over a decade of experience, Laura bridges the gap between deep science and commercial application. Her portfolio ranges from sustainable textile recycling and virus-resistant materials to enzymatic solutions for agriculture and animal-free dairy using precision fermentation.
